    Jesse Belle

    MSEd, LCPC

    Jesse Belle is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor who earned a Masters in Education Degree in Counseling from Northern Illinois University in 2013. She works with a variety of clients including children, adolescents, adults and families, and has worked as a therapist in the Rockford area in child welfare, schools, and as a trauma educator. She is a nurturing and strength-based therapist who treats trauma and PTSD, anxiety, depression, self-harm, abuse, foster care and adoption,communication and social skill building,  sibling issues, self-esteem issues, and attachment-related issues through uses of trauma-informed therapy, play therapy, sand tray, mindfulness, movement, cognitive-behavioral therapy, psycho-educational, and evidence-based practices and interventions.

    Rachel Schultz

    Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor LCPC, EMDR Certified.
    Rachel Schultz is a Licensed Professional Counselor who works with adolescents, adults, families and couples. Rachel specializes in Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy. She works with anxiety, depression, PTDS, self-esteem, relationship difficulties, sexual abuse, and trauma. Rachel has experience working in a community mental health setting with children and adults in the child welfare system. She graduated from Northern Illinois University, where she obtained a Master’s Degree in Counseling. Rachel utilizes a strength-based approach to help clients recognize their strengths and skills to achieve their goals and make positive change.

    Tim Fredrickson

    MA, LCPC

    Educational Experience: Trinity International University 1991 M.A. in Counseling Psychology University of Minnesota, 1981 B.S. in Agricultural Economics

    Counseling Experience: Tim has had 20 years of clinical experience. Tim has worked in a variety of public and private facilities. Tim ran the New Life Clinic of Rockford for 4-1/2 years before starting his own private practice. Presently Tim is in private practice at Insight Counseling Group, a professional group of independent Christian Counselors.

    Continuing Education: Tim recently completed a course on Herb's by the Marsh School of Medicine. Tim continues to develop skills in the areas of weight loss management, and health and nutrition. Tim has attended supervision workshops and has been involved in a supervisory capacity to a Rockford agency for the past 3 years.

    Workshops and Groups: Tim has lead workshops and groups in the areas of Codependency, Stress, Anger Management, Depression, and Marriage Enrichment.

    Life Coaching: Tim's Wellness Consulting via Life Coaching has given him many opportunities to help people in the areas of sleep management, exercise, proper hydration, as well as nutritional and herbal choices. Tim has been introduced to new complementary technologies that can help people in these basic critical areas of sleep, diet, and exercise.

    Counseling Practice: Tim works with individuals to help them work through depression or anxiety. He works with individuals that have become addicted to sex, drugs, alcohol, gambling or relationships. Tim treats individuals with cognitive behavioral therapy, Christian counseling as well as EFT . Tim addresses the needs of the whole person by assessing the physical, mental, emotional and relational areas of a person's life. If there seems to be a physical component to the person's depression or anxiety a recommendation to see their family doctor or a psychiatrist is made.
